Code Geass R2, episode 15

Truth of how Geass passes on was unexpected and interesting, but C.C.´s wish wasn´t a surprise to me. Also, because I´m not interested in C.C.´s tragic past, let´s move on to talk about other characters. Mostly about the Emperor, Charles, because he´s moé… really.

I´m pretty curious if V.V. actually killed Marianne without telling Charles. When Charles found out that V.V. had lied to him again, he killed V.V. It would make sense, after all, they swore to each other not to lie when they made their contract. V.V broke that pact dozens of time as Charles said in episode 14. Charles admired V.V. and they had goal to kill the gods together so he wouldn´t get rid of V.V. without good reason. I will be very disappointed if Charles removed V.V.´s Code just because he wanted more power.

Charles has now V.V.´s Code so he should be able to give Geass to others. If he does that, most likely candidate is Schneizel, his successful son who has good chances to become the next Emperor. Although, if wants to screw with Lulu´s mind, Suzaku and Nunnaly are very good choices. But considering that he just got Code, he doesn´t yet wish to die. He probably won´t choose anyone, because he doesn´t intend to lose his new super power anytime soon. There´s always possibility that the Geass user he chooses will become too strong and does him the same thing as he did to V.V.

Speaking of power, Nina´s masterpiece weapon is done. It´s not a killer-Knightmare as I thought it would be. From what we saw in this episode, it´s the World Destroyer. 8D Let´s nuke Zero instead of hand to hand combat!
